BIO

Download PDF Iga Mikler is an award winning Photographer that started her career with studies in both film and still photography at WRiTV in Katowice, Poland, then moved on to the U.S for some years before returning to Stockholm and studies of film photography at the Dramatic Institute (2007-2010).

Iga has worked all over the world and moves with ease between fiction, documentary, commercial, music videos and art films. She has a very poetic and personal imagery that is enriched by the female perspective, which opens up for images that are sensitive, empathetic and with a fresh perspective. Iga very much has her own voice that characterizes the projects she undertakes. She is experienced, secure in herself and dares to let go and push her limits, a sure way to make great films.
