Ragna Jorming is always striving to find the best way to visually tell the story. She cares deeply about how the talents are being lit and depicted, and approaches each project with a deep respect for the story at its core.
Ragna started her adult life in art school and has a BA in Fine Art from Winchester School of Art, UK. She attended Stockholm Film School, starting her career in film working as a clapper loader and focus puller for a few years. Ragna later did her second BA, this time in Cinematography at Dramatiska Institutet (now Stockholm University of the Arts). Since graduating in 2006, she has shot a variety of feature films and tv series, as well as commercials and documentaries. For example, Kyss Mig, Hilma, Harmonica, and Quick, for which she was nominated for a Guldbagge Award for Best Cinematography in 2020.
