Sanna comes from a background of advanced couture and has a degree in costume history in which she also holds lectures. During 2013 she was elected as a member of Stockholm’s Skräddarmästare Gille. She tailors every garment possible and impossible, from dresses and corsets, to collars and skirt supports.
Sanna has a substantial knowledge within costume- and fashion history and is well versed with every aspect and detail of men’s, women’s and children’s clothing from the medieval times to present day.
The mix of working with TV, feature films and theatre, as well as a mix of long and short projects, is what Sanna finds most rewarding with her work. She’s also extra keen on working with epoch and fantasy projects where she can expand her interest in various textile techniques which is something that lies close to her heart.
