Emelie Ekenborn is an artist and production designer who was born and raised in Stockholm. She nished high school majoring in arts and drama, a program that at an early age rooted a deep interest for art and storytelling.
Since then, Emelie has travelled the world and continued to pursue her interest in contemporary and artistic practice. She has worked in Prague and Buenos Aires, studied at Nyckelvikens Konstskola in Stockholm and she graduated with honors and an Outstanding Creativity Award from Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design in London.
Although set design was not love at rst sight, the opportunity to combine her different interests, educations and passions into one format was impossible to resist. In 2010, Emelie moved back to Stockholm where she has worked with the best production- and set designers. She founded her own studio in late 2012.
