Erica Spetzig has been in the business for more than ten years and has been involved in highly acclaimed projects such as the Palme d’Or winner and Oscar-nominated feature film The Square, I Am Zlatan, Känn ingen sorg (Shed no tears) and Turist (Force Majeure). She has broad experience in drama, commercials and fashion.
In 2019, Spetzig was awarded a Guldbagge award for Best Makeup Design for the feature film Gräns. After the filming of Gräns, she created the makeup design in Ninja Thyberg's feature film Pleasure. For this, she received her second Guldbagge award for Best Makeup Design in 2022.
Spetzig has studied worldwide and always eager to keep on challenging herself and broaden her knowledge and skills within her expertise. With a calm presence and strong creative perspective combined with great planning skills, she is much appreciated by actors and co-workers.
